Up until now, there has been very little comic relief afforded by the Wikileaks scandal. But that gap has been filled by The Guardian‘s release of a lengthy November 15th, 2006 cable written by the U.S. Ambasssador to the Bahamas.
It’s not so much the content of the cable, though whether Anna Nicole Smith really can be credited with such an impressive amount of shifting of Bahamian voter perception is up for debate. Rather, it’s the breathless style in which the cable was written by Deputy Chief of Mission D.
