The application, accessed by clicking the Facebook Moment of 2011 tab on the social network’s page, allows users to share their favorite interactions with the social network from the past 12 months, and they can also browse other users’ submissions.
Facebook users’ favorite 2011 moments included proposals, weddings, anniversaries, breakups, reunions with family and friends, recovering from illnesses, professional accomplishments, starting school, graduating, travel, awards, sporting events, contact with celebrities, and even a computer upgrade (what a geek!).
