It's a Long Way from Westchester to Costa Rica
One of the journalists to envy this fall is Westchester magazine associate editor Katie O’Donnell. Thanks to the affluence of her publication’s readership (they travel extensively; many own second homes), she got the plum recent assignment of visiting the Anayama yoga retreat in Montezuma, Costa Rica.
Back just in time for the candlelit evening yoga session, we were greeted first with thick, fresh-made mango-and-coconut smoothies.
As the sun set over the ocean, we embarked on some slower twists, bends and restful poses.
