We just got the release:
But talk about a tease! Those good folks at NationalJournal.com are going to keep us waiting until…sometime next year?!? Oh, the agony! We feel like Cartman waiting for the new Nintendo Wii.
Then again, I guess no one ever accused National Journal for failing to think ahead.
