Wattpad Updates iPad App
Digital publishing site Wattpad has updated its iPad app to version 1.9.8. The free app, which includes more than 100,000 free eBooks, has been updated to “fix occasional page skipping and line cut-off problems.”
Wattpad is very often accessed through apps. According to the company’s Q3 2010 Global ebook Metrics report –which examined how members are reading on Wattpad and compares mobile devices against and desktop usage of readers in more than 160 countries– 50% of reader in the U.S.
