Wattpad Contest Winner Read Over 1,000,000 Times; New Contest Organized for Haitian Relief
Who said self-publishing condemns writers to obscurity. Today, the publishing social network Wattpad announced the winner of its “Share What You Have written Contest.” The winning manuscript, “Dinner with a vampire. Did I mention I’m vegetarian?” by Abigail Gibbs (who calls herself Cansel12 on Wattpad) was read over 1,000,000 times and got 20,000 votes in the contest.
