Today in Washington, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will give what has become a widely publicized and controversial speech to Congress.
Although he will be addressing what is supposed to be a joint session, many top Democrats have chosen not to attend — including the most recent to announce their absence, Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Al Franken.
