WaPo.com Boasts Big Numbers for February

February turned out to be a record month for WaPo.com, with over 300 million page views, the third largest month ever, behind only the big election months of September (323M) and October (334M) in 2008. In addition, it was a record-setting mobile month with more than 8 million page views, the highest month WaPo has on record.

Editors attribute the bump to WaPo‘s “growing ability to move much more swiftly on stories such as the earthquake in Haiti and the big snowstorms in the D.C. region, more multimedia and more interaction with readers.”
