Last Friday Apple held a press conference during which they announced that they would be providing free cases to iPhone 4 users who request them to improve reception issues that they may be experiencing on their phones. Today Apple kicked off the program by making the iPhone 4 Case Program app available in the iPhone App store. If you want a new case you will need to install the app on your phone to submit your request because Apple requires information that the app collects from your phone.
