Employees at the design studio Heldergroen are literally out the door by that time. As per a piece on Adweek, their desks, tables and work surfaces (with computers attached, mind you) are hoisted to the ceiling by steel cables! Yes, the type of cables typically used to haul theatrical production props.
The really cool thing? Once all the office equipment is out of sight, out of mind, the space becomes available for evening and weekend use.
