Condé Nast Officially Launches the Vanity Fair Video Channel

On the heels of GQ, Glamour, Vogue and Wired, Condé Nast Entertainment has today added a fifth video channel for Vanity Fair. There are four series out of the gate including @VFHollywood with Krista Smith, a Tinseltown celebrity Q&A hosted by the publication’s west coast editor.

One of the more striking aspects of Smith’s conversation with actress Diane Kruger is the backdrop. The expansive view that can be seen from Vanity Fair‘s mid-Wilshire west coast offices is impressive, a reminder that this is no Graydon-come-lately Web enterprise.

The other inaugural VF Web offerings besides Smith’s 20+ episode conversation series are: The Snob’s Dictionary (10 episodes) with contributing editor David Kamp; Eminent Domains {NYC} (eight episodes), with future seasons set to tackle legendary addresses in other cities; and Vanity Code (14 episodes), featuring humorous animated how-to’s.
