USA Today Adds Fourth Film Writer

When Anthony Breznican left USA Today for Entertainment Weekly, it was only a matter of time before someone stepped into his vacated slot. That person turns out to be Bryan Alexander.

“Bryan, formerly of Time magazine and currently the digital editor with The Hollywood Reporter, will join us at the end of the month as an entertainment writer covering movies,” confirms Susan Weiss, USA Today‘s executive editor of content, via email to FishbowlLA.

Alexander will be based in Los Angeles, and work alongside other film writers Scott Bowles, Susan Wloszczyna and Claudia Puig.
