US Army Finally Turning to Interactive eBooks for Popular Afghanistan Manual
The US Army has been releasing mobile apps for some time now, but it has only recently reformatted its popular Afghanistan training manual for iPad users.
The eBook edition is an interactive version of Vanguard of Valor, which has been publicly accessible as a PDF download. The Paper and PDF versions are used to educate mid-career officers at the Combined Arms Center about lessons learned from the Afghanistan.
