UK Book Retailer WH Smith Drops eBook Prices
Amazon is making waves in the UK eBook market. The online giant entered the UK earlier this month with very low eBook prices and while Kindles don’t ship until later this month, UK book retailers are also dropping their eBook prices. WH Smith is offering 66% off of its top 100 fiction eBooks.
The BookSeller reports: “The campaign went live on WH Smith’s e-book today [Friday, 13th August]. Among the titles on sale are Stephenie Meyer’s The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, which is priced 4.07
