Twitter, Instagram Users Want to Be Happier, Healthier in 2016

Sprinklr has revealed the most popular New Year's resolution topics on Twitter and Instagram.

As we approach the new year, social media management company Sprinklr has analyzed recent Twitter and Instagram posts to reveal the New Year’s resolution topics users are talking about the most.

After analyzing more than 770,000 social posts on Twitter and Instagram, Sprinklr found the most popular New Year’s resolution topics were happiness, working out, weight loss, quitting smoking, unplugging and working harder. As of December 28, 92 percent of these posts had a positive sentiment, while eight percent were negative.
