Twitter users with poor connectivity will now have access to a more robust Explore experience following an update announced Friday.
Twitter Engineering tweeted that the social network’s Explore feature is being updated for the Twitter Lite for Android application and Twitter’s mobile site.
And Patrick Traughber, the product manager behind the launch of Twitter Lite in April, provided more details in a tweet of his own, saying that Explore for Twitter Lite now includes local trends, Moments, tweets and popular articles in users’ networks.
