Truphone 3.0.2 for Android First to Provide WiFi Calls But May be Buggy

Truphone the first to offer Wi-Fi calling on Nexus One

Version 3.0.2 works with the Nexus One running Android 2.1 but not the Droid running Android 2.0. It seems to have some issues on the Nexus One according to user comments in the Android Market though. Comments include:

– Open Skype but can’t establish a call
– Force closing on Hero
– Can’t see trufriends tab on the Nexus One
– No exit from application (common Android app problem) – Requires a forced close
