Toyota's Swagger Wagon Makes Minivans Cool

These days Toyota is all about YouTube. Earlier this month we covered Toyota's YouTube Small Talk contest, searching for the cutest kids on YouTube and spreading the word about the new Toyota Sienna. Toyota is also promoting their new minivan on a branded channel with the fictional Sienna Family and their hilarious new rap video, 'Swagger Wagon'. 'Swagger Wagon' has been viewed over 1.8 million times since it was uploaded at the beginning of the month. It is a full length rap video, performed by mom and dad of the Sienna Family, is full of great one-liners and will have you asking "Where my kids at?" for weeks to come. The Sienna Family raps about the joys of parenting, pretend tea parties, baking cupcakes, and the perks of owning a Toyota Sienna, AKA a Swagger Wagon, while their little daughter busts a move. The video's description pretty much sums up the tone of this clip: "Watch as the Sienna Family drops their hot new single, Swagger Wagon. This goes out to all you minivan families out there who get a Sienna SE for space but fill it with your family's swagger." All the 20 and 30-somethings out there who are having kids now grew up in a time when minivans were the antithesis of cool. Minivans were for soccer moms and if you had one you dreamed of the day you could trade it in for a Porsche or Audi TT. The Swagger Wagon turns the minivan stereotype on its head. Even if it doesn't make minivans the new car of choice for singles, it gives young parents the opportunity to laugh at themselves a little and be proud for driving their kids around in a family vehicle. "Sienna SE in the house!"
