Celebrities may just stop leaving their houses altogether following the launch of new social Web site Top Stalker, which enables any user to upload photos of celebrities and share them.
Top Stalker users are encouraged to upload their photos of the famous and include details such as name, date, and location, and the site updates its most popular photos hourly and offers a real-time stream for each notable personality, complete with dates and maps. Comments can be posted on photos, and users receive awards for becoming “stalkers.”
