The Independent Florida Alligator, the student newspaper of the University of Florida, created the error on Wednesday’s front page. The staff apologized yesterday and explained how the error came to be:
“Sometime between the end of the summer and the beginning of the fall semester, our computers decided to make our lives a living hell by freezing every time we try to do anything.
