More specifically:

  • Deputy editor Ben Preston has been named as editor, international editions.
  • Executive editor Keith Blackmore has been named as deputy editor.
  • Foreign editor Roland Watson has been named as head of news.
  • Diplomatic editor Richard Beeston has been named as foreign editor.
