Time Warner Veteran Kristen O’Hara Is Snap Inc.’s New VP of U.S. Global Business Solutions

She had been with the company that is now WarnerMedia for over 16 years

WarnerMedia veteran Kristen O’Hara joined Snapchat parent Snap Inc. as vice president of U.S. global business solutions.

O’Hara will be based in Snap’s New York office and report to chief strategy officer Imran Khan, overseeing three U.S.-based leaders who have been reporting to Khan since February: head of East Coast business solutions Brett Wein, head of West Coast business solutions Luke Kallis and head of central U.S. business solutions Sharon Silverstein.

A Snap spokesperson said O’Hara will lead the company’s shift toward a consultative, collaborative model for engaging advertisers, as well as leverage its data, programmatic and analytics capabilities to help marketers use its platform to drive return on investment.

O’Hara had been chief marketing officer, global media at WarnerMedia (formerly Time Warner) for more than seven years, and she had been with the company for over 16 years, counting launching and running consumer engagement testing facility Time Warner Medialab among her accomplishments.
