The Condé Nast-Time Inc. switchout continues, as two high-ranking salespeople leave Condé Nast for rival Time Inc. titles.
 
Stephanie Sladkus is leaving Condé Nast’s Lucky for Time Inc.’s People StyleWatch to work under Karin Tracy, StyleWatch’s newly named publisher and Sladkus’ former boss at Lucky. Sladkus will be associate publisher at StyleWatch, the same position she held at Lucky, but this time at a smaller title.
