Time Inc Has A Good Q2

Time Warner’s publishing division saw revenue rise by $27 million (a 3 percent increase) and profits soar by $16 million (a ten percent increase) in the second quarter of 2011, the company reported today.

That increase is due to small increases in subscription and advertising revenues, which add up.

Time Warner was pretty mum on details, but the company did say advertising revenues’ gains came from digital(!) and the company’s custom publishing division.

Time Inc., of course, publishes Time, Sports Illustrated, Real Simple and many many more.
