Step 1: Tap the arrow icon on the video you wish to share as a GIF.
Step 2: Tap “Share as GIF.”
Step 3: Tap one of the app icons (for instance, “WhatsApp” or “Twitter”) to share the GIF in that app, or tap “SMS” to share the GIF in a text message.
