Customize clips with moving images

Did you know that you can add GIFs to your TikTok videos before sharing them? Our guide will show you how this is done.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the TikTok application on iOS.

Step 1: Once you’ve captured or uploaded a video from your device, tap “Stickers” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap “Search GIFs” at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Tap one of the trending GIFs to add it to your video, or type a search query to search for GIFs manually.

Step 4: If you searched for a GIF, tap a GIF on the search results to add it to your video.

From there, you can rotate, resize and move the GIF around the screen to best fit your video before sharing it.
