It’s been three years since the scandal that rocked the New York Times that can be referred to simply as Jayson Blair. The Independent spent some time reflecting with Blair at his home in Centreville, Virginia.
Blair’s funk does not last long. He is soon joshing with the photographer and pulling poses for him (“Looking out the window? I know that shot,” he says with a giggle), but his emotional outpouring has set the tone for the day.
