Three American Idol Episodes Take Top Spots for Week
In the latest prime time ratings, American Idol came in win, place, and show for the week ending March 6.
Idol, which airs on WNYW/Fox 5 in New York, held its first live broadcasts of season 10. Taking number one was the Thursday night two-hour elimination show (2 million/9.9 rating). The two performance shows held down second and third place. They averaged 1.8 million Fox 5 viewers with a rating of 9.1, according to the Nielsen Company.
The Fox 5 News at 10 used its Idol lead-in to crack the Top 30 twice.
