- Brian Beutler is joining The New Republic as senior editor. He comes to the magazine from Salon, where he served as a political writer.
- Town & Country has named Jay McInerney a monthly contributor, covering wine. McInerney joins from The Wall Street Journal, where he has covered the wine industry since 2010. His first column will appear in T&C’s June/July issue.
