The Job Post: Weigh In as Weight Watchers' New Social Media Editor

Do you have the skills to develop a strong community? Do you love the idea of helping others achieve their goals? Well, Weight Watchers is looking for a new social media editor to help engage members of its subscription-based weight loss sites.

If hired, you’ll become the voice for company, creating a dialogue and answering questions in the social media space. You’ll be responsible for maintaining an editorial calendar for Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and YouTube, while composing daily updates and managing approvals and reviews. Team players are welcome, especially since the chosen one will be working with outside agencies, and collaborating with others in the department on product launches, campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a social media editor/producer, and be comfortable executing major campaigns on Facebook, Twitter YouTube and more.
