Weight Watchers is looking for a social media manager to use current and emerging technology to reach its business goals. However, this job involves much more than just posting content on Facebook and Twitter — you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new strategies in the social media landscape.
Weight Watchers wants a passionate individual who is not only creative, but data-driven, too. The ideal candidate will be in charge of evaluating, planning, organizing and managing initiatives, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and marketing message. But in order to stay ahead of the game, you’ll really need to have your finger on the pulse of the latest social, blog and mobile trends.
A minimum of two years in online marketing or public relations, plus a proven track record in developing and optimizing social media programs are the main requirements of this position.
