The Arm That Destroyed IDEAs

Wisdump has a nice overview of the recently announced winners of the International Design Excellence Awards, as well as some sound advice in their latest piece, “How One Badly Chosen Picture Can Ruin a Great Concept.” In it, they talk about all the great things chosen to take home an IDEA award, with the whole thing leading up to the concept presentation for a product called Roll n’ Roll, which are personal, reusable chopsticks. Only problem with the whole thing is the image of an arm they’re using, one that looks like a heroin user’s dream come true — we’re talking vein city here.
