LA Weekly reporter Tessa Stuart is the latest addition to the new Los Angeles Bureau at BuzzFeed. Stuart worked at the alt-weekly for less than a year, but that was long enough to make an impression on BuzzFeed’s LA bureau chief Richard Rushfield, who tells us:
