Tapulous Tap Taps Its Way onto 34% of iPhones/iPod touches

Tap Tap Revenge, a Guitar Hero-like game from Tapulous that has players tapping their iPhone in time with a song, has been downloaded by one-third of iPhone/iPod touch application users, making it the top-downloaded app from Apple’s iTunes App Store. This is according to a new report from comScore, which released its list of the top 25 iTunes App Store downloads as of February.

According to the market researcher, this report is the first study that gives marketers a good look at the audience size, demographic profile and online behavior of the millions of folks downloading from the App Store.
