Swype is an innovative and sometimes difficult to obtain gesture driven touch keyboard for Android devices. This app was originally available to OEM’s for bundling with Android phones. After the app was made available by other sources, Swype relented and let people download their perpetual beta release. Then, the door closed again. And, now?
Announcing the 5th release of the Swype BETA for Android
It apparently is an open beta once again.
New features include:
– Double tap to Edit
– Voice-to-text button: Requires availability of Google Voice Search in ROM
