Susan Kidd Says Goodbye

This afternoon, another major departure from the WRC (Channel 4) newsroom: Susan Kidd, who’s been with the station for 23 years and for the past 18 has anchored the top-rated 5 p.m. newscast, signs off for the final time at the conclusion of “News4 at 5.”
“I’m just going to go like I came . . . without fanfare,” Kidd wrote in an e-mail.
