Survey Finds That Customers Think AT&T Sucks

AT&T is in last place in customer satisfaction according to a Consumer Reports survey. Customers ranked AT&T last in eight of nine categories, including data and phone service and resolution of issues, reports. The story goes on to say that AT&T is the only carrier that experienced a significant drop in scores over the past year.

More than half of AT&T customers surveyed have an iPhone, which will soon be sold through the carriers with higher rankings, like Verizon, which has plans to carry the phone in early 2011. Verizon is the leader in overall scores. Sprint Nextel jumped six points in this year’s survey.
