Citizens of Cyprus love their Facebook: Pingdom posted a chart featuring the top 10 countries in terms of percentage of Facebook adoption, and the Mediterranean island republic topped the list at a staggering 69 percent of its population and 95 percent of its Internet users.
Citizens of Cyprus love their Facebook: Pingdom posted a chart featuring the top 10 countries in terms of percentage of Facebook adoption, and the Mediterranean island republic topped the list at a staggering 69 percent of its population and 95 percent of its Internet users.
Pingdom also found that 21 countries have more Facebook users than Internet users, with Chile as the only top-10 entry meeting that criteria, and the blog cited potential statistical anomalies, or, “it could also mean that Chileans are just crazy about Facebook.”
