Storify Stories Now Included In Tweets’ Related Headlines

Back in August, Twitter introduced a “related headlines” feature that makes it easy and efficient to discover stories that provide more context for newsworthy tweets.

Great news for Storify users: embedded Storify stories will now be part of Twitter’s related headlines.

So if a tweet has been included in a Storify story, that content – right now only from certain approved publishers – will be shown alongside news articles where that tweet has been embedded.

Plus, those Storify links on tweets’ permalink pages link directly to the publisher’s site, not their Storify.

The note below the tweet links directly to The Weather Channel’s embedded Storify, so gets the traffic.

San Francisco-based Storify was recently acquired by social curation company Livefyre.
