Steve Ballmer Skipping Mobile World Congress Because of Windows Mobile 6.6?
The annual Mobile World Congress take place in Barcelona Spain one month from now. I thought Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer was going to be a keynote speaker there and finally say something substantive about Windows Mobile 7. However, a quick peek of the MWC keynote speaker list reveals that he is not listed among the 8 keynote speakers (Google CEO Eric Schmidt is, by the way).
