Stern Gets $82.9 Million Stock Bonus, Can Still Talk About Farts Like the Common Man

We haven’t listened to Howard Stern in a while, and still don’t own a Sirius radio, so we’re not in much position to judge whether his show has gotten better or worse since he migrated from “terrestrial” radio and debuted via satellite a year ago. What is clear, however, is that the move has been a success for both Stern and his employer: Sirius has beat a subscriber target it set two years ago when it hired Stern, and the self-proclaimed “King of All Media” has been awarded a massive CEO-size stock bonus as a result.
