Sriram Krishnan Is Twitter’s New Senior Director of Product

Krishan will report to vice president of product Keith Coleman

Former Snap Inc. and Facebook executive Sriram Krishnan is joining Twitter as senior director of product.

Krishnan announced via tweet that he will start at Twitter Oct. 2, saying, “I’m going to be joining Twitter and become a part of #theflock to work with the fantastic product team there. As someone who uses Twitter a lot, I’m a big believer in the impact it has on the world in ways big and small, especially in recent times. It is something I deeply care about, and I couldn’t pass up a chance to be a part of it. Can’t wait to get started Oct. 2 and work with @jack, @kcoleman, @mrdonut, @anthonynoto and everyone else.”

Krishan will report to vice president of product Keith Coleman.

He joined the growth and revenue team at Snapchat parent Snap Inc. in February 2016, leading various product and monetization efforts, before leaving this past February.

Prior to Snap, he spent three years at Facebook, where he founded mobile ad exchange Facebook Audience Network and founded and build mobile application engagement ads and deep-link ads.

Krishnan has also served as an engineering manager, strategy at Yahoo, and he spent six years with Microsoft.
