Squeaking Past Ive for Just a Second to Cover the Other National Design Awards Winners

We all remember back in early May when the National Design Awards were announced. Most people were pretty focused on Jonathan Ive taking home the gold in the product design department, while the rest of the names just sat there alongside the mighty Apple wunderkind. Now BusinessWeek has jumped on the story, which, even though its titled, “Jonathan Ive and Apple Win Again,” they managed to get around to talking to all the rest of the deserving winners, so we can get an idea, if we didn’t know already or didn’t look them up after the announcement, of who they are and why they deserved this big win.
