Twitter Users: Expect to See a New Web Design Soon (VentureBeat) Twitter gave its web presence an upgrade Monday, which it says will mimic its iOS and Android applications. The company tweeted, naturally, that account holders would start to see the new web experience. If you haven’t seen it yet, Twitter is still in the process of rolling it out site-wide. The Verge The new look replaces the dark black navigation bar at the top of the site with a clean white design. The navigational elements — Connect, Discover, and so on — all remain the same. One of the biggest changes, of course, is that there is now an inline compose box on the left side, allowing you to pound out tweets without having to deal with the pop-up compose box.
