Social media is becoming a powerful tool for online retailers down under. Four in 10 social media users have purchased an item online or in-store after sharing or marking it on Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest, and Australian digital brands have experienced a 357 percent overall increase in sales from social media traffic compared to last year.
