City National Bank CEO Kelly Coffey will join Snap Inc.’s board of directors effective May 18.
She has been CEO at City National Bank, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada, since last February.
Prior to that, she served as CEO of J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Coffey joins former Hearst Magazines chief content officer Joanna Coles, former Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley, board chairman and former Sony Entertainment CEO Michael Lynton, financial expert and professional independent director Stanley Meresman, G100 founder and CEO Scott Miller, chief technology officer Robert Murphy, co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel, Glossier head of brand marketing Poppy Thorpe and former McAfee CEO Christopher Young.
