The company introduced a Facebook aplication that allows companies to add careers sections to their pages on the social network.
Hiring managers can maintain and update job openings and postings on the social network, as well as having access to SmartRecruiters’ free recruiting software, which helps them to track each applicant throughout the process.
The software also includes analytics from its recommendation engine, which aids managers in deciding which social media or listings websites to use in promoting their openings.
