Skyhook Wireless Says: Less Than 10% of Location App Developers Porting to Symbian and Palm WebOS

Skyhook Wireless developed the first WiFi geographic position technology. They current market a product that uses information combined from WiFi, GPS and cell-tower triangulation to provide a software based geo-location system. If I had to guess, I would guess that the iPhone and iPod touch are the best known devices to use this technology.
