Book publisher Simon and Schuster launched a mobile friendly website that features book summarizes and short video clips associated with highlighted books. The videos played fine on my iPhone 4. They note that 3% of their web traffic came from mobile devices even before launching their mobile site. So, they know there’s a population of readers out there who want to get information specifically about their books while on the go.
