Silver Lake Walking Man Marc Abrams Gets Memorial Blog Love

Marc Abrams, more commonly known as the “Silver Lake Walking Man” passed away yesterday at the age of 58. His body was found in a backyard hot tub.

Abram’s death is capturing an extraordinary amount of attention in the LA blogosphere. After news of his death broke this morning, two Facebook pages have already been set up–one a memorial the other to rename the Silver Lake Reservoir path “Marc Abrams Memorial Loop,”–and a memorial group-walk around the loop has been organized for July 25.
